[AGENT++] Configuring SNMPv3 agent

Hi Raghav,
The agent is tri-lingual, thus it responses - depending on its
run-time configuration - to SNMPv1, -v2c, and -v3 requests.
To disable v1 and/or v2c you will have to change the VACM
configuration and/or remove any users from the USM for the
v1/v2c MP model.
