[AGENT++] Mimimum footprint agent

Greetings,

I am trying to build an SNMP V3 agent with the
smallest disk footprint. The atm agent file size is
516k, built by Visual Studio 2003 with debugprintf all
comment out and following settings
#define _NO_THREADS
#define _NO_LOGGING
#define USE_ARRAY_TEMPLATE
//#define STATIC_REQUEST_LIST

Is there any other setting or code change can further
reduce the size? What I need is just a basic agent
that can send traps and response to get command.
