[AGENT++] management a non snmp agent

Hello Chris,

There are approximately two ways to improve
overall performance here:

1. You can update the table every five seconds only,
for example.

2. You can use the Request provided to the update
method to forecast the region of rows that need
an update, but you have to be careful with GETBULK
requests. This approach has to be combined with (1)
to be effective.
