[AGENT++] master agent hangs when subagent closes first

This line should not automatically cause a hang.
I have seen with an older NET-SNMP version, that
it does not send a close PDU when it stopped with
SIG-TERM. Finally, the AgentX++ master agent should
not hang, regardless what the sub-agent does.

I will try to reproduce this and report my findings back
to the list.

This could be a sub-agent problem, but without knowing
more details about what fails (registration of which
object, etc.) it is hard to guess where the problem
source is.
