[AGENT++] remove snmpv3 and libdes

hello friends:
        Firstly, thank you. I have download the latest agent++ and snmp++ archives. It has verified some bugs. 
        I want to use none of the snmpv3, libdes, libtomcrypt. so i have define _NO_SNMPv3 in /snmp++/include/snmp_pp/config_snmp_pp.h, and have changed from "CINCDIRS	= -I$(PP_INC) -I./ -I$(LIBDESDIR) -I$(LIBTOMCRYPTDIR)/src/headers" to "CINCDIRS	= -I$(PP_INC) -I./". AM I RiGHT? thank you for reply!
