[AGENT++] Master/subagent question

Hi Michael,

I would expect that the monitoring management application
checks whether all subsystem agents (= the subagents)
are running. I would prefer this way, because so a central
station decides what the provisioned configuration is and
not decentralized configurations of the master agents.
