[AGENT++] can a leaf object be a float?

Hi, agentpp£º
	
	can we define a leaf object as a float with SMIv2?
	can we log a float number value using LOG()?
	and can we set a DislplayString leaf object to some chinese words , and then get back and display
the correct words?   such as snmp set ¡°ÄãºÃ¡±, and snmp get ¡°ÄãºÃ¡±.
