[AGENT++] snmpGet on a scalar value (atm_mib example)

Hello

I took a look to samples in agent++ 3.5.16c 
using MS VC++ 6.0 

with atm_mib I've seen that walk works well, but when
I tried a get (using snmpget included in snmp++ library) 
on the unique scalar defined 
(oidAgentppTestTimeout "1.3.6.1.4.1.4976.6.3.1.1.0") 
I've got an error message
