at least Linux, FreeBSD and if you manage to install IPv6 enabled 
Cygwin, it works there, too. With some easy changes, it also supports
IPv6 on MacOS X.

With the latest release not, but with the next release (comming soon) 
IPv6 is supported on Windows. You can use the snapshots from 
http://oosnmp.com/~katz/snapshot/ until the release.
