[AGENT++] MibTable conceptual/practical use?

Hello, I have red faq, tutorial and reference but not finished understanding what is the conceptual use of a table.
My doubt came for the rows.
Example:
I have 2 variables that I want to watch, so I add a column for each.
I add a row for the instances.
So, why would I want add more rows?
As far as I have red the value is clone between rows.
