[AGENT++] MibLeaf in a group

found the "bug" ¿?.
You must add the group to mib after the variables are added to it.
I think this is some kind of bug because it should check that the group has change its components.
At least (if not automaticly) should there be a function for "check for new contexts or check for context changes ".
Is there actually any way to do this?
