[AGENT++] Unneeded code in Snmp class

Hi,

does anyone use this constructor of Snmp class:

Snmp(int &status,  const UdpAddress& addr_v4,
     const UdpAddress& addr_v6);

For me, this constructor has no use case in real applications, but just
makes the Snmp class complex.

So if you use this constructor, say it now...
