[AGENT++] [SNMP++]Finding V3 enabled Device

Hi,

Version : snmp++v3.2.22

The requirement is to find out the v3 enable devices in the subnet before i send any snmp request to the devices.. This is required since i will be trying  with multiple options for the v3 till i get the response, so i want to try this only on the v3 enabled device.

The snmpDiscover console example was tried but, even if i send the v3 packet to the device which is only enable with v2  i get the response as found. 
Does the above requirement could be achieved with  the existing snmpDiscover or i need to modify this ?
