[AGENT++] MibExplorer Not Showing Create/Modify SNMPv3 User on Edit Menu

I have a licensed MibExplorer Lite 2.2.5.

It's not showing me Menu choices ( documented in Explorer Help ) to
create/modify SNMPv3 User.

 

The feature comparison sheet between Lite and Pro suggests to me that
Lite has this feature for a single target whereas Pro would allow you to
apply settings to multiple targets.

 

I do not have a network of targets - only one - and would like to
add/edit/delete USM users.

Any suggestions.
