[AGENT++] MibExplorer Not Showing Create/Modify SNMPv3 User on Edit Menu

Hi,

Zhis is a misunderstanding of the feature matrix.
The "Edit->Create/Modify SNMPv3 User" function
is not available in the Lite version. Thus,
with the Lite version, you cannot modify the USM
of a SNMPv3 agent, although you can use it.
