[AGENT++] What is the right way to submit a bugreport or patch

Hi,

I have a view issues with snmp++ and agentX++ to compile or run with  
IPV6 support.
Most of them are solved by myself, but I wish to get them back into  
the next release.

Is a patch welcome?

Is there a bug-tracking system? It should, or not?  ;-)

Or should I send issues and patches to this list as a patch?
