[AGENT++] Mib deletion has caused HEAP[FaxExchangeServer.exe]: Invalid Address specified to RtlFreeHeap

Hi Frank and all Agent++ users,

I've noticed that Mib destructor function deletes it's member
notificationSender if it exists. And I've called the function
set_notification_sender of Mib instance to set staticly declared
NotificationOriginator. That's the cause of my encountered problem. When
dynamicly (with new) declared, mib deletion does not raise such an
exception. I want to share if maybe an agent++ user can be have such a
problem.
