[AGENT++] autoconf patch

Hi Jens,

what do you mean with win32 test?
Do you create visual studio project files?

I guess, you mean cygwin or mingw instead.

P.S.: I have prepared a cmake patch for AgentX++ and all it depend  
libs and examples as one project.
That works on all targets that cmake supports, MVC too.
