[AGENT++] agent++ :SNMP: Variable does not exist

Hi every body 
i'm a novice in SNMP .but i have to create an snmp agent from a mib .
so using agengen i generate mib.h and mib.cpp and the agent .
so when i send a request from the manager like this :
snmpget localhost 1.3.6.1.4.1.16213.1.1.2.0   -v1

it works for just 4 oid elements and for the rest i get SNMP: Variable does not exist

another problem i get always value=0 .

i know that i haven't described well the problem because i can't post the code for public .but if someone want to saw it i can send to him
