[AGENT++] SNMP v3 in Windows

Hi i'm developing an agent wich have to run in windows seven and xp .
and when i test my agent with v1 and v2 it works but with v3 i have this problem :

i think it is a dumb question but have I to install anything in my computer to have it work  ?
i heard that snmpv3 is not supported in windows but i'm not sure if agent++ have a problem with that
