[AGENT++] MIB Designer 4.0, MIB Explorer 4.0 and SNMP4J-SMI-PRO 1.5.1

Dear AGENT++ Users,

New major releases of MIB Designer and MIB Explorer Lite/Pro have been 
released!
The new releases focus on improved usability and productivity as well as 
a further
improved parser which is now able to parse more flawed MIBs without 
bailing out
using the "lenient" compiler mode.
The SMI editor has now an error stripe for quick error location spotting.

Those compiler improvements are also available in version 1.5.1 of 
SNMP4J-SMI-PRO.

All new version now support parsing of SPPI PIB modules and with MIB 
Designer
you are also able to create those modules.

==============

SNMP4J-SMI-PRO
===============

* Fixed: File handle leak when using the SmiManager.compile(File[]...)
   method.
* Fixed: NPE in PIB module parsing.
* Added: SmiCompiler.dryModeWithoutErrorLimit to get all errors of a
   MIB module regardless of any globally set limit.
* Fixed: Duplicate module names in SmiManager.listModules if repository
   listener were not added/removed properly.

* Fixed: False error messages about missing imports or unresolved syntaxes
   could have been generated by the MIB compiler if a MIB file had several
   errors affecting the MIB structure.
* Improved: Error location of DEFVAL and other unresolved references.
* Added: Full SPPI PIB module checking now available with additional error
   messages 6001-6007.
