[AGENT++] AGENT++ Build

Hi All,
I am trying to build agent++4.0.2.
I have libsnmp++.a in =/cs1/san/home/g163196/snmp++/lib
I ran
./configure --prefixLDFLAGS=-L/cs1/_san/home/g163196/snmp++/lib

I get
checking for ld used by gcc... /usr/bin/ld
checking if the linker (/usr/bin/ld) is GNU ld... yes
checking for shared library run path origin... done
checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... g++ -E
checking if libsnmp++ is wanted... (cached) yes
checking if libsnmp++ wants a prefix... (cached) .a
checking for snmp... no
checking if libsnmp++ is in /cs/insight_san/home/g163196/snmp++... no
checking if libsnmp++ is in /usr/local... no
checking if libsnmp++ is in /usr... no
configure: error: Cannot find suitable libsnmp++ library

How do I include the libsnmp++ path & prefix to the configure script ?
