[AGENT++] agentX++ interoperability with NET-SNMP version 5.7.3.rc1

Hi Claus,

The section 7.2.4.2 states:

After carrying out the management operation, the
    subagent sends in reply an agentx-Response-PDU

So, the subagent has first to deallocate the indexes and then send
the response.

The real error seems to be that the index was not allocated.
This has to be investigated (although the index allocation was a bit
buggy in NET-SNMP). This could be the cause here but there could
be also another reason.

Are you using the latest AgentX++ version? Which index allocation
strategy are you using?
