[AGENT++] agentX++ interoperability with NET-SNMP version 5.7.3.rc1

Hi Frank,
I have used the AgentXSharedTable, but I may test it again without shared table.
My agentX++ version used is agentX++v2.0.4.
I could create a row, so I think, index allocation works:
