[AGENT++] SNMP++ 3.3.6 and AGENT++ 4.0.5 Released

Hi,

SNMP++ 3.3.6 and AGENT++ 4.0.5 have been released. 
SNMP++ now supports SHA-2 authentication according to RFC 7630.

- Added: SHA-2 (SHA-224,-256,-384,-512) support to USM as defined by RFC 7630
- Changed: Counter64::get_printable() does no longer produce hex output for

AGENT++ Version 4.0.5 (requires SNMP++ 3.3.6 or later)

* Improved: Commented out unused log names.
* Fixed: Removed deprecated "pragma interface" and "pragma implementation"
  pragmas of GCC before 2.7.2.
* Fixed autoconf minimal version to 2.64.
* Added missing mibs directory to distribution.
* Added missing tools code to distribution (is compiled together with 
  "examples").
* Added: SHA-2 sample user to atm_mib example agent (requires SNMP++ 3.3.6 
  or later)
