[AGENT++] SNMP++ 3.3.6 building problem

Hi,

I'm trying to build the SNMP++ latest release but I'm having problems with
the macaddress support:

address.cpp:2991:34: error: cannot allocate an object of abstract type
'Snmp_pp::MacAddress'

And I've found a thread [1] about some pending changes to the MacAddress
code. Is it possible to build the SNMP++ with macaddress support? If it is
possible, how can I achieve this?
