[MIB Designer] MIB Checker/MIB Designer repository criteria

In running MIB checker, I find that some MIB modules that have certain
errors (warnings?) are retained for further use in the compilation
process, but other errors( warnings?) seem to discard that MIB.

If this is true, is it possible to know which are fatal? Perhaps by the
error number?
