[SNMP4J] SNMP4J 1.0.3a Released

SNMP4J v1.0.3a has been released and can be downloaded from
http://www.snmp4j.org/SNMP4J.zip

The new version contains a bug fix for multi-threaded use of the library.

RELEASE NOTES

* Fixed: Race condition in Variable.registerSyntaxes().
  In a multithreaded usage, this could have caused some
  BER decoding failures.
* Improved: Minor JavaDoc improvements.
