[SNMP4J] Misssing log messages, SNMP4Jv1.2RC2

Hi All,
 
I am not able see SNMP4J log messages properly. I have seen few INFO messages on the console, but surprisingly I am not able to see the DEBUG messages. I believe DEBUG has got more priority than INFO and should be printed, if INFO is getting printed. 
 
Do we need to do any extra setup for logging to work. I am using V1.2RC2. Do we need a log4j.properties file ? Does anyone have a simple one, which prints messages to a file, and where it needs to be placed ? Am I missing any thing. Without the logs I am not able to get correct information properly. Please share if you know any information about this.
