[SNMP4J] Build problem with snmp4j-1.5RC2

Hi Fabrice,

That "problem" is known and described in the release notes contained in
the CHANGES.txt file. When upgrading to v1.5.x from earlier version you
will have to recompile the code using SNMP4J as well.
