[SNMP4J] New version of table visualisation utilities

Hello everybody,

I have put online a new version of the classes to display the content
of a SNMP table on the agent side. The code is now more robust, and
supports basic editing of the values in the table. The GUI has also
been updated a little bit.

You can get a Jar with the source code at the following url:

The most interesting class is the SwingSNMPTableFrame class. It builds
a window out of a table.
