[SNMP4J] TableUtils bug?

Hi Sam,
This can be a bug in the agent which might not handle lexicographic ordering
correctly (and thus skipping values).But I also do not want to exclude
a bug in TableUtils as probable cause. We would need a sniffer
(Ethereal) trace and the exact parameters you used to track it down.
