[SNMP4J] AGENT++ Mailing List Server Maintenance Down-Time

The AGENT++ mailing lists and the online MIB validation at
http://agentpp.org:8080/mibtools/MIBTools.jsp
are now up and running again.

Please note that the mailing lists archives and admin interfaces
are now available at
http://lists.agentpp.org/pipermail/[listname]
and
http://lists.agentpp.org/mailman/listinfo/[listname]
respectively, where [listname] has to be replaced by one of the
following list names: agentpp, mibexplorer, mibdesigner, or
snmp4j.

The former http://agentpp.org/... style addresses are no longer
available.
