[SNMP4J] Representing object with max size of 64-bits

What's the best way with SNMP4J to represent an application-specific
identifier that has a max size of 64-bits? It's not a counter, BTW. I
thought about using a plain-old OCTET STRING, but didn't know if
anyone had a better way.
