[SNMP4J] SNMP4J v1.2 RC2 & SNMP4J-Agent API Design

Dear SNMP4J User,

SNMP4J v1.2 RC2 is available for download from
http://www.snmp4j.org/SNMP4J_v1.2RC2.zip

The new version uses the Universal Generic Logging Interface (UGLI)
of log4j 1.3-alph6 and provides a few small enhancements.

An alpha version of SNMP4J-Agent API v1.0 will be released 18th April.
A small foretaste of what will be available gives the following UML class
diagram (slightly simplified):
