[SNMP4J] Creating a custom Log4J appender

Hi,

I just went through the exercise of creating a custom appender for
Log4J so I could capture SNMP4J log messages and pass them through our
custom logging system we have built into our product. There are
several appenders that Log4J comes with out of the box (Syslog,
Socket, etc.), but I found it easier to do one myself, given how our
product handles application-level logging. The code to do this is
quite short, too.

If anyone would find interest in me posting about this, let me know.
