[SNMP4J] Regarding the SNMP tool

The first place to start is read through the javadoc. That's definitely not
the most elegant solution (it'd be nice if SNMP4J had a tutorial and some
code snippets) but there are some code snippets that will get you going in
the right direction buried in the class info. A good understanding (OK, a
rudimentary one and some research as you read the javadoc) of SNMP is a must
as well. Otherwise you won't understand anything the documentation says.

After you do that I recommend starting small. Use the code snippets to
create a small application that sends and receives stuff so you can see that
you're headed down the right path. That will allow you to design the
full-blown system you want to create.
