[SNMP4J] Information on SNMP4J

Hi Alok,

When a SNMP entity is sending an INFORM request, it has to
use the engine ID of the target engine (in your case the
SNMP4J engine ID). As a consequence, you have to configure
your agent to use SNMP4J's engine ID when sending informs.
That's all.
