[SNMP4J] unreadable characters from installed software name

Hi,
    When I tried to use the Windows XP(Traditional
Chinese), and tried to get installed software table
information(OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.6.3) from another
Windows XP using Traditional Chinese Language, the
characters are fine, but when I tried to get from
Windows OS using Simplied Chinese Language, I was
getting the weird unreadable characters like Windows
Server 2003 �w���ʧ�s (KB890046).  What is
the problem?  How can I solve this?  Any suggestions
would be great and thanks in advance.
