[SNMP4J] TestAgent : refresh GET

Firstable, thank you for offering such great tools.

I have been playing around with SNMP4J-agent and especially the
TestAgent.java I use in SNMP v1v2.

I added a new method copied from the CreateStaticIfTable method.
I gave it a new OID, and linked it to another JAVA program where
the values supervised change.

I launch the TestAgent and do GET/WALK requests with net-snmp.
It works fine, I receive the table with the values of my other
program.
But when I change the values in my program, I still receive the
same values from the agent.
