[SNMP4J] Community name 'public' not found in SNMP-COMMUNITY-MIB?

hi, this contains the solution, but I think there is still a problem :
it should send a no authorisation instead of falling in timeout don't you
think ?
or is it the snmp protocol that prevent answering in that case ?
