[SNMP4J] Community name 'public' not found in SNMP-COMMUNITY-MIB?

Hi Matthieu,

A silent discarding of the incoming message
is required by the protocol in case of a bad
community.
See RFC 1157 §4.1(3) and RFC 3584 §5.2.1.
