[SNMP4J] Snmp Proxy

Hello, 
I get the following "error" when the agent receives the request PDU:

But I don't want the PDU is proxied in any way... If I launch the agent from within the Eclispe IDE, all works perfectly. 

The question is: why the agent decides the PDU has to be proxied? Witch is the criteria?
