[SNMP4J] Regarding setSourceAddressFiltering

Hi Nidhin,

Have you set the TransportTag column of the snmpCommunityTable
to point to the snmpTargetAddrTable entry?

Are both rows active?

(You will need SNMP4J 1.7.5 to get it working for all tag
combinations)
