[SNMP4J] SNMP v3 questionS (2)

Using a VACM access, as you replied to my previous question... can I 
modify SNMP security at runtime?

Say:
 - initialize and configure a Snmp object with v3
 - connect to a network element
 - receive error
 - due to error, set the Snmp object to v2
