[SNMP4J] Dependant table row not removed

Frank,

Adding a row to a base table (e.g. snmpTargetAddrTable) adds a row in
the dependent table (e.g. snmpTargetAddrExtTable). But, removing a row
from base table does not remove the row from dependent table.

Reason was some MIB implementations (e.g. SnmpTargetMIB) removes the
row directly from the TableModel instead of from the Table that
handles the RelationShipListener.
