[SNMP4J] How to know specific trap id

Hi All,
I'm using snmp4j to build a log4j appender. For any log record I have to 
send a trap (v2) following the attached MIB. My problem is....which 
specific id I have to use to create the trapOID ?
I saw in SnmpConstants there is a getTrapOID that needs the enterprise 
OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.1.27219), the generic id (6 in my case....I think) and 
the specific id that I don't know. Is this specified in the MIB ?
