[SNMP4J] SNMP4J patch contribution

Hi Brett,

This mailing list is the appropriate place to discuss
and place your patch.

Maybe there is also a workaround for you problem that
does not need SNMP4J to be changed? Do you reuse
your Snmp instance for multiple requests already?
