[SNMP4J] Updates: AgenPro 2.6a and MIB Explorer 2.1.1a

Due to a bug in the packaging procedure of the
latest releases of AgenPro and MIB Explorer, the
build-in MIB module support got broken in these
releases. If you have already downloaded these
packages, please download and reinstall them again.

Furthermore the MIB compilation dialog in MIB
Explorer Lite did not appear. This bug is fixed too.
