[SNMP4J] New to SNMP

Hello,

I'm very new to SNMP and therefore also to SNMP programming in Java. 
I've just read the very basics of SNMP and now I'm wondering about a few 
things that I can't figure out.

Where can I get the OIDs from?
Where is the MIB stored? Do I have to implement an agent on the managed 
system to fill a MIB?
Are there any examples of SNMB4J except the SnmpRequest.java and the 
javadoc?
